Project Director Brian Tharp is a native of Santa Barbara and holds a Master of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Colorado. He did his undergraduate work at the University of California at Santa Barbara. With over 30 years experience in graphic design, Brian enjoys the challenges of creating rich imagery for the digital environment. He is personally responsible for overall project management and is integral in all aspects of the projects OnRamp takes on, from initial client consultation, through production, to final publishing and promotion.
